We are committed to providing a discreet and efficient shipping experience. 

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.
  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.  We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.   

Flat Rate Shipping Costs:

• Expedited Shipping $25 
• We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Please check our website or sign up for our newsletter to stay informed about these offers.

Discreet Packaging:

• All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure your privacy.  The return address will be our company's name or a generic name to further protect your privacy.

Shipping Restrictions:

• We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.   

Shipping Issues:

• If you experience any issues with your shipment, such as delays, damage, or loss, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Due to the intimate nature of the products we offer, we do not accept returns for refunds or exchanges for reasons such as personal preference or if an item is not to your liking. Our mystery boxes are curated with a variety of items, and as such, some items may not suit everyone's individual tastes or needs. We encourage you to consider this before making a purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items:

We understand that occasionally items may arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@secretpleasuresinabox.com with the following information:   

• Your order number
• A description of the damage or defect
• Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

Upon verification, we will gladly exchange the damaged or defective item for the same item, if available. If the same item is no longer available, we will offer a similar item of equal value as a replacement. 

Important Considerations for Mystery Boxes:

Our mystery boxes are designed to be a surprise! This means you may receive items you already own, items that are not your preferred style, or items that you may not personally use. The surprise element is a core part of the mystery box experience, and we cannot offer returns or exchanges based on the contents of the box as a whole, or individual items within it, unless they are damaged or defective as outlined above.

Final Sale:

All sales are final, except in the case of damaged or defective items as described in this policy.
